ORDER PICKER

LOCATION: ETOBICOKE, ON ( KIPLING/EVANS )

SCHEDULE : MONDAY- FRIDAY – 08:30-05:00 PM

PAY RATE: $18/HR- $19/HR (depending on experience)

Job Description:

Selecting and preparing products for shipment based on customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and often working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution center environment.

• Reading incoming orders and selecting the correct items from the warehouse shelves.
• Preparing containers and boxes which are used in packing large volume of goods.
• Updating inventory counts and counting out the appropriate number of goods to fulfill an order.
• Locating objects on shelves, packing them, and transporting them to trucks or shipping containers.
• Stocking goods, organizing them in a warehouse, sorting them, and placing them on pallets or shelves.
• Must be able to use RF scanner.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Manage physical tasks including lifting items up to 50 lbs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous order picker experience in a manufacturing plant environment, minimum 2 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to speak Chinese and Vietnamese dialect would be asset.
